Who I Am

Leading a ministry that is also a nonprofit — and everything that requires.

I'm Threesa, Executive Director of Raffa — a faith-based nonprofit pregnancy center with two medical clinics and a parenting and life skills center. Raffa is not just a nonprofit. It's a ministry. Leading it means holding both with equal intentionality every single day.

I also serve on multiple nonprofit boards — both faith-based and secular service organizations — and my husband and I shepherd a small group at our church.

I've built teams from the ground up, led through seasons of growth and uncertainty, developed donor relationships, and learned — sometimes the hard way — how to lead with excellence when resources are thin and the mission is high. I'm also someone who uses AI as a serious leadership tool, not a novelty.

The Called Leader exists for anyone who wasn't handed a playbook for leading with both faith and excellence — and who needs practical tools, not just inspiration.
